We purchased this year a photocopier (Toshiba, estudio255) from Officetex. The technician promptly delivered and installed the photocopier, and programmed in scanner and fax. This is one of the best purchases I have made for this office. This system, especially the scanner, is very fast and professional for sending correspondence, quotes, invoice/statements to our customers.

Soon after our service agreement (with a large printer company) came to an end, our machine coincidently stopped working as well! We called up Officetex and they promptly sent out their lovely team member (Alex) come in to have a look. He was both knowledgeable and honest and talked us though all of the available options, pointing out the benefits and risks of each. We were able to make an informed decision which was to purchase a reconditioned/ almost new machine outright at a very competitive price. We booked in a date and Alex brought the machine to us, set it up, gave us a detailed demonstration and even took our old machine away at no extra cost. The Officetex staff have made themselves available for all our questions and queries we have regarding our new printer making us very happy customers!
