Copier & Printer Leasing

Our photocopier and printer leasing solutions are designed to help NSW customers get the best from technology. For some of those customers it makes good business sense to opt to lease copiers and printers instead of buying and owning them. With independently selected mono and colour photocopiers and printers there is a broad range of options. As with everything we do, we will tailor our approach to suit you. We can give you expert advice on which type of printer or photocopier is best suited to keep your business running efficiently. Leasing your office printer or copier gives you the use of your office machines for a fixed term based on set monthly payments. Your lease can also be structured to include consumables such as toners together with service, maintenance and technical support.

Why Lease Copiers or Printers?

  • Not every organisation is in a position to fund outright, the best technology for their business. Leasing your printing device gives your business use of the machine while repaying regular instalments over a fixed period. This saves your business facing a significant capital outlay for the printer.
  • Copier and printer leasing can give organisations fast access to business-boosting technologies which they might otherwise not be able to enjoy.
  • A printer and photocopier lease can support organisations as they grow, enabling them to keep operations running at full speed without needing to pay out for expensive but essential new devices at a time when resources might be better used elsewhere.
  • Printer and photocopier lease arrangements can help organisations with financial planning, deliver tax efficiencies and minimise their owned assets when this is desirable.

Service Agreements

Service Agreements suit NSW companies who are looking for all-inclusive Agreements that can manage their machines needs, services, repairs and replacement of consumables. A service agreement should give you the peace of mind that you get quick and reliable repair when you need it, and that any cost is covered by the agreement. Without a service agreement, labour and parts are usually priced on an as-needed basis. It also means you’ll never have to spend time on servicing or sourcing consumables ever again.
Service contract pricing is based on estimated monthly copy/print volume. The service plan charges only for the copies you make (pay per page printed) this is a great way to control cash flow.

As with everything we do, we will tailor the service agreement to suit you. We can give you expert advice on which type of printer or photocopier is best suited to keep your business running efficiently.

Fixed Rate Service Agreement

A Fixed Rate Service Agreement suits our NSW business’ who want to forecast their monthly expenses or business’ who share their office space and equipment with another business. This all –inclusive agreement is exactly the same as a Service agreement whereby it manages the machines needs, services, repairs and replacement of consumables. However, it is charged at a pre-determined fixed monthly rate, rather than a pay per click rate. This allows you to easily split expenses when 2 business share the same machine or if you prefer to know what exactly your monthly expense will be. Surprisingly this is our most popular option as most companies nowadays are leaning towards buying the machine outright and then taking up a fixed rate Service Agreement allowing them to own the machine and predict the expenses associated with it’s use.

Purchase and PAYG

The purchase and PAYG (pay as you go) suits business who wish to purchase and own their multi-functional photocopier and/or printer and be in control of their spending. Whereby you pay for supplies, services and repairs when and if needed. At Officetex we are renowned for selling the most reliable machines at a fraction of the price.
